Company description: Livnat Poran – The Center for the Realization of Medical Rights was established to help individuals who have fallen ill or been injured claim the rights they are entitled to from government institutions, primarily the National Insurance Institute, the Tax Authority, insurance companies, pension funds, and the Ministry of Defense. With deep expertise, a vast network of doctors, specialists, and legal professionals, and years of accumulated experience navigating complex bureaucratic systems, the center assists clients in filing claims for general disability benefits, work injury compensation, polio survivor benefits, medical tax exemptions, disability pensions, loss of earning capacity benefits, and more.

Marketing Goals:

The primary objective of the project was to elevate the marketing performance of the Livnat Poran Center across multiple fronts. The organization was already running campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta, but results were inconsistent and did not reflect the full potential of the investment. The first goal was to significantly improve campaign performance by refining targeting, creative strategy, and budget allocation to reach the most relevant audiences.

Another critical aim was to improve the quality of leads—bringing in individuals who were not only interested but highly likely to convert into clients seeking the center’s specialized services. Enhancing conversion rates across the funnel became a central metric of success, requiring both strategic targeting and technical optimization.

To support this, we implemented a system for real-time and monthly data analysis, allowing the marketing team to move from reactive adjustments to proactive, insight-driven decision-making. This shift enabled faster responses to performance trends and tighter alignment with business goals.

Finally, improving the website’s performance—both in terms of user experience and technical infrastructure—was essential to ensure that the traffic being driven by campaigns could be efficiently converted into qualified leads and seamlessly integrated into the sales process.

Marketing Strategy:

The strategy was built around creating a high-performance marketing ecosystem that could deliver both volume and quality. One of the first moves was to introduce new lead generation channels. This included engaging specialized vendors with proven track records in generating high-quality, intent-driven leads for service-based businesses. These new sources provided a more consistent and profitable lead flow and targeted audiences previously untapped by the existing campaigns.

We also implemented a stricter oversight process for the advertising agency managing the existing paid media efforts. Through ongoing collaboration, detailed performance reviews, and hands-on optimization, we ensured that every aspect of campaign management—from audience segmentation to ad creative—was aligned with clearly defined KPIs. This level of control resulted in more agile adjustments and steady improvement in campaign ROI.

Meanwhile, technical improvements to the website’s backend were initiated to support better tracking, load speed, and user interaction. These changes played a critical role in reducing friction in the lead submission process and allowed the sales team to access higher quality data in real time. The improved infrastructure enabled precise attribution, deeper insights, and a smoother path from click to conversion.

Way of Action:

The day-to-day approach combined strategic planning with meticulous execution. Campaigns were continuously monitored and optimized based on real-time data signals, allowing us to spot inefficiencies early and double down on what worked. We collaborated closely with all external partners—media buyers, web developers, and data analysts—to ensure that everyone was operating under a shared vision and aligned KPIs.

New lead sources were evaluated based on performance metrics and profitability, and only those delivering consistent value were retained. Monthly reporting routines were established to track progress, extract actionable insights, and adjust strategy as needed.

Website performance wasn’t treated as a standalone issue—it was integrated into the larger conversion strategy. Backend improvements were prioritized according to their potential impact on lead generation and data accuracy, ensuring every marketing effort was supported by a solid technical foundation.

Through this integrated, results-driven methodology, we were able to not only hit the initial goals but build a more resilient and scalable marketing system for the organization—one capable of adapting, growing, and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes.
