Overview

Team3 Group is one of Israel’s leading providers of integrated business services, operating across three core divisions: security services, security products and business protection solutions, and professional cleaning services.

As Marketing Manager, I led the marketing strategy across all three business units, managing both internal teams and external partners while driving digital transformation, B2B marketing initiatives, and measurable business growth.

My Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

Developed and executed the annual marketing strategy for Team3 Group, aligning business objectives across three independent divisions: Security Services, Security Products & Business Protection, and Cleaning Services. Planned marketing initiatives, managed budgets, and prioritized projects based on business goals.

B2B Marketing

Led B2B marketing initiatives targeting organizations, municipalities, government institutions, and corporate decision-makers. Created campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and long-term business relationships.

eCommerce & Website Management

Managed the company’s B2B eCommerce website for security products while overseeing the websites of all three business divisions. Improved user experience, optimized content, managed product pages, and maintained the company’s employee club website serving more than 3,000 employees.

 

Marketing Automation

Designed and implemented marketing automation processes connecting websites, lead forms, email marketing, CRM workflows, and internal communication. Automated repetitive marketing tasks, improved lead management, and increased operational efficiency across multiple departments.

Social Media & Content Strategy

Developed social media strategies, managed content calendars, created campaigns, and supervised creative assets across multiple digital platforms while ensuring consistent brand communication.

Data Analysis & Performance

Monitored KPIs, analyzed campaign performance, prepared management reports, identified growth opportunities, and optimized marketing activities based on measurable business data.

Conferences & Corporate Events

Planned and produced corporate conferences, industry exhibitions, customer events, and recruitment events. Managed logistics, supplier coordination, marketing materials, event promotion, and post-event performance analysis.

Team Leadership

Led the internal marketing team, including the PPC Manager, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Coordinator, while managing external agencies, developers, photographers, printers, and additional suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

Brand Management

Maintained consistent branding across all three companies, overseeing marketing materials, digital assets, advertising campaigns, and corporate communications to strengthen the group’s market presence.
