Overview

Livnat Poran is one of Israel’s leading companies specializing in medical rights realization. As Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing Manager, I was responsible for driving digital marketing performance, leading cross-functional projects, optimizing marketing operations, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision making.

Working closely with senior management, the sales department, internal teams, and external partners, I managed large-scale marketing activities while continuously improving processes, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.

The Challenge

The organization managed high-volume digital campaigns with monthly media budgets of approximately ₪500,000 while preparing for a company-wide transition to Salesforce CRM.

The objectives included reducing Cost per Lead (CPL), improving lead quality, maintaining marketing performance during the CRM migration, identifying new customer acquisition channels, and strengthening collaboration between Marketing and Sales.

Marketing Strategy

Marketing Operations

Managed day-to-day marketing operations while coordinating internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution across all marketing activities.

Salesforce Implementation

Led the marketing side of the organization’s migration to Salesforce CRM, mapping marketing processes, supporting implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

Performance Marketing

Oversaw digital campaigns with monthly media budgets of approximately ₪500,000, continuously optimizing campaign performance, improving lead quality, and reducing acquisition costs across multiple advertising platforms.

Marketing Automation

Improved marketing workflows and operational processes by introducing automation solutions that streamlined repetitive tasks, enhanced lead management, and increased overall efficiency.

Agency Management

Managed the ongoing relationship with Gitam BBDO, supervising online and offline advertising activities, campaign execution, creative approvals, media planning, and overall marketing performance.

Business Development

Innovation & New Marketing Channels

SEO Management
